Weekly Women’s Circle + Cacao Ceremony

Join us this Thursday for our women’s circle + cacao ceremony in Cocles, Costa Rica.

In circle we connect, up-lift and support each other through life’s daily changes.

Together, we share a ceremonial dose of cacao i.e. pure chocolate. Known as the “food for the shift” and our favourite taste of medicine. We practice relational listening to truly listen, hold space and be heard in equal part. We enjoy expression through song; sharing on the wisdom of nature and enjoy some equinimity by way of guided meditation.

Wear comfy clothing + bring a mug/ cup and any items you may have for the alter.
