Spirit Spoken Purpose

The recurring question I’ve received recently is how to I receive messages and guidance and, distinguish from my minds projections or ego-led ideas…

This has been as much trial-and-error, as there has been a deep dedication of fine-tuning focus, presence and listening.

If I’m truly present to ‘what is’ the guidance is a consistent river that flows through my life. And it can come through in all ways.

Then, as I experience presence, I honor the boundaries needed to protect this clarity, and,

My guidance and purpose unfolds…

The river of guidance – through intuition, instinct, vision, auditory messages and whispers, through heart flutters, nudges and inner knowing, by dreams, and through everyday people and animals, plants and ancestral spirits – is constant.

The river is always flowing. It can be subtle and it can be obvious. Both are gifts. Can you receive them?

Can you release the noise to respect the guidance? To understand your purpose as always unfolding, turning through river bends and rushing down waterfalls, slowing down to a gentle stream and opening to the whole wild ocean.

Your purpose is in presence and listening, then responding and showing up – that’s our part to play.

We all have gifts to share at this time to support the whole.
